Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actor and singer. Her fame is based on her performances in theatre as well as for her performance in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and vocalist best known for her recurring parts in the television series That's So Raven. Her appearances have been in 14 projects which includes TV video and series. Her major credit includes Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has performed in over fifteen TV series.
